SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME 

Depending on size and details, production time can range from 1-3 weeks after the purchase date. 

(For small items and small orders 7-10 business days processing time, for larger more detailed projects 1-3 week processing time)

All items are made to order which ensures a custom fit tailored just for you! Each item is created by hand using a range of Wool, Acrylic blends and 100% Organic cotton, and much more so please read the descriptions carefully. 


Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be ready once placed. We suggest ordering at least one month in advance for your vacation, trip, or event. Please contact us at support@tanijaycrochet.com with your deadline before purchasing so we can confirm if it can be done.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email and or SMS alert (be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it, and add us to your contacts to make sure you don’t miss an email) containing your personal tracking number and instructions that allow you to keep a close eye on the journey of your items. 


All orders shipped domestically within the United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING! Once shipped, the transit process is handled by one of our partner couriers - DHL, USPS, FEDEX, and local post offices.


If you would like to use a personal Courier account, please contact us at support@tanijaycrochet.com with your name, and order number in the subject. We will let you know if this service is available and or if any additional fees may be required. 

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY

Delivery/ Shipping times will vary according to location, and are estimated here:

United States: 2-7 business days from date shipped

Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 6-12 business days 

UK & Europe: 6-12 business days 

Central, & South America: 6-12 business days 

Asia & the rest of the world: 6-12 business days 

If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of the shipping date, once your case is reviewed if eligible you will receive a full refund on behalf of TaniJay Crochet. 

We ship Monday - Friday, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email and or SMS alert containing your personal tracking number and instructions that allow you to keep a close eye on your item's journey.

SECTION 3 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are interested in receiving your order in a different location, you can use a service such as www.usgobuy.com. This will allow you to create your own US address with which you can order through our website. Please note that we are not affiliated with any such shipping service.

Orders shipped to any destination other than the US are final sale and exempt from returns.

Order Processing: International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-7 weeks after the order was placed.

International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates. Import duties and taxes will be displayed with shipping charges at the time of checkout. **Depending on the country of delivery, your shipment may be subject to customs clearance. Fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and may include US Brokerage Fees. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order. Payment of fees is the responsibility of the customer. If your order is subject to customs clearance and needs to be picked up, a notice will be left at your door regarding your package. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand how this process works in your area before placing an order. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.**
